Cascina Lattuada, located within the Mulini Park, has been a presence in the area for several generations. The agricultural activities conducted there have always had a social purpose. Their flagship product is steam-puffed spelt crisps, made by pressing steam-puffed spelt into crunchy and flavorful chips.

That’s how he got hooked: “I want to create an amaro.”

BeerFarm is an artisanal brewery in Legnano where the production of Hoppy Hobby® beers takes place. The facility is quite small, with minimal automation to give Hoppy Hobby® beer a distinct character, leading it to be labeled as “Handmade Beer” or beer made by hand.
