Cascina Lattuada located within the Parco dei Mulini, has been present in the San Vittore Olona area for several generations.
The agricultural activity carried out has always also had a social purpose from the outset, embodied in the constant and arduous maintenance of a green lung in spite of the ever more pressing advance of concrete. The company was engaged in dairy cow breeding until 2011.
Today, their Cascina wants to make itself known especially to people who love nature and relaxation. Relaxation that only silence and the sight of green spaces can provide. Their claim is to want to share with anyone who feels the need, a return to contact with the fundamental elements of nature: air, water, earth, fire.
Cascina Lattuada has revalued the cultivation of cereals for food. In particular, its crops include the production of spelt triticum dicoccum, a cereal with distant historical roots. Their flagship product is gallette made from steam puffed spelt, pressed to form crispy and tasty chips.
