Re-fly was one of the first beers brewed by Settimo, and today it’s presented in a revisited version of its original recipe.
Produced with honey from local beekeeping, it presents itself with a beautiful white foam cap and a golden blonde color reminiscent of spring flower pollen.
The aromas of this beer are a succession of floral, spicy, and sweet notes, arising from the combination of yeast and honey. In the mouth, these olfactory sensations are accompanied by a slight ethereal note, immediately cleansed by a tickling carbonation that leaves a clean and not very persistent finish.
Pairing: garnished salads, grilled poultry, desserts with fresh fruit.
