Prius is the typical “session beer,” refreshing and ideal for any time of the day.
Dry and drinkable, it’s brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, accompanied by caramel malts, carapils, and continental hops. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, shining when held up to the light; the foam is dense. To the nose, it presents fruity notes of pineapple and citrus, followed by a herbal aroma. The taste, delicate and complex, immediately expresses itself with hints of malt and honey accompanied by a peppery touch that, as it fades, gives way to a substantial, round, and fruity drink. The finish is dry and hoppy.
