A history spanning more than 30 years that speaks of passion, family, research and dedication. Il Birrificio Settimo è oggi il risultato di un percorso, di una crescita costante iniziata con la passione di Antonella e Luigi, trasmessa e sviluppata poi al figlio Nicola. Passion, simplicity and care for the land are the company’s founding values.

Today’s Birrificio Settimo was born  in the small village of Carnago, a beautiful location surrounded by greenery in the province of Varese, ideal for developing ideas and sharing a passion for beer and cooking with friends. 

Over the years, the production has evolved and explored different styles and brassic philosophies, from the great Flemish tradition to the study of American hops, from productions with local ingredients to experiments with blends and ageing, as well as gluten-free and vegan proposals.

The result today is a broad offer guaranteeing quality and diversity to meet all palates and demands.  A precise style that can be found in the maniacal search for quality and genuine taste.
