Bottle 33cl
Style: Witbier
Celestial Blanche is a beer in the witbier style (or bière blanche), which owes its name to its color, a very pale straw yellow. This style is typical of Belgium and is decidedly ancient, with over 400 years of history. It is indeed a unique beer, very popular among women, and often serves as a gateway into the world of beer for those who are not typically fans. Celestial Blanche appears cloudy, milky, and with a very dense, creamy foam. On the nose, it presents an intriguing mix of fruit and spices: hints of coriander, citrus, and chamomile are accompanied by light herbal notes. On the palate, it is slightly tart, silky, and medium-bodied; the citrusy flavors, coriander, and chamomile return, mingling with a pleasant touch of honey. It is definitely a fresh, pleasant, and highly drinkable beer. It pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes.
