La Belle Blond is a high-fermentation craft beer inspired by Belgian Blond Ales. These light beers were created in Belgium relatively recently to attract fans among pilsner drinkers, a low-fermentation beer that originated in Central Europe (especially in the Czech Republic). La Belle Blond appears with a golden yellow color, a slight cloudiness, and a pleasantly soft foam. On the nose, intriguing spicy notes are accompanied by light fruity esters that evoke yellow-fleshed fruit. In the mouth, the body is medium-light, with a hint of honey from the Belgian pilsner malt. The dry finish invites you to have another sip. It is an elegant, refined, and finely complex beer, to be savored in small sips and discovered gradually. Pairs well with aged cheeses.
