Style: Belgian I.P.A.
For those who love I.P.A. but also for those who are not crazy about it… A special beer that uses pacific hops which give tropical fruit on the nose but which, thanks to the action of Belgian yeasts, gives citrus and yellow fruit in the mouth. In the mouth, it is very tasty, with medium body but a dry finish, which makes it extremely drinkable. Bitterness is present but not intrusive. It goes well with pork and fresh cheese.
It can be served in both American pints and low tulip glasses, at a temperature of 6°- 8°. You can also raise the temperature a little to feel the evolution.
