South, 280 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION
White winemaking with partial cold maceration before fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel at 16 – 18°C. Aging for 6 months on the lees in stainless steel. Bottling takes place in the following April after the harvest.
NOTES
Riesling Renano Superiore cultivated on the limestone clays of Travaglino, representing the maximum territorial expression. Rich in structure, fruity aromas, and minerality.

Great with appetizers, fish, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
