VINIFICATION
Destemming-crushing and thermo-conditioned fermentation at 22-24 °C with maceration in stainless steel. Aging for 6 months on the lees. Bottled in the following March after the harvest.
NOTES
Young, fragrant, and enjoyable Pinot Noir, highly drinkable, highlighting the aromatic characteristics of the grape variety. Hints of wild strawberries and red fruits are enhanced by careful grape processing.
PAIRINGS
Great as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers, risottos, and delicately flavored dishes. It can be served slightly chilled and paired with fish soups.
