With 400 hectares in a single body of land, 80 of which are under vine, 12 farmsteads owned, a historic village and an inn, Travaglino is a universe of emotions where vines, people and landscape demonstrate the complexity and beauty of an area rich in history, tradition, taste and an extraordinary vocation for wine production.
The property has undergone many transformations over the centuries, going from being a medieval monastery, to a 19th century wine estate and then on to an efficient wine cellar, until it became the wine tourism complex it is today. This is why Travaglino is the oldest winery in the Oltrepò Pavese area, which today cultivates more than 80 hectares of vineyards in a rural and wooded landscape of uncontaminated beauty.
