Style: Red Rye I.P.A.
Our first I.P.A. could only be ‘original’ and so we opted for a red with a good percentage of rye. The use of pacific hops finally makes it extremely complex as we have a tropical component (hops) mixed with a spicy one (rye) linked to a caramel one (many) in a balanced mix that makes the beer very tasty and pleasant. Medium-light body and dry finish.
Perfect in the American pint, at a temperature of 6°- 8°. You can also raise the temperature a little to feel the evolution.
It goes well with fried food, cold cuts and cheese.
